"I had my first hypnotherapy session with Mary about 6 months ago.
I was talking to her about a problem I was having and she said,
“Do you want to ask your subconscious?”
I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to do something more!!
So I had my session.
I don’t know how she harnessed me in so quickly, but it lasted three hours and felt like 10 minutes.
So much was revealed.
I have reflected on the conversation in my mind so many times since the session and I love myself more because of it.
I’m amazed at my inner intelligence and confidence.
