Tips for a successful QHHT Session

1) Hydration- This helps everything flow easier always!

2) Your mantra- "relax and allow". The more you release resistance, the easier the guidance and messages flow.

3) All thoughts, imagery, symbols and words that come into the mind are important. Tell me everything you see.

4) We are "seeing" these things in our mind's eye, which can sometimes be more of a "feeling", an emotion, or a "knowing". It is all valid, and has meaning, so speak out loud everything you are experiencing.

5) Talk, talk, talk...then talk some more. It is important to describe exactly what you see and feel in great detail during this process, as everything that happens is part of the overall message. You will not remember everything you see, and this is why its great to keep a thorough commentary going, so that you can hear it all in your recording afterwards. Also, the better you describe what is happening, the more you are giving me to guide the session in a helpful way.

6) Try not to let the left brain gain control. At times, we will start to try and analyze and connect the dots from what we are seeing to what our current situation is. If thoughts start to veer towards "why" or "how", gently guide yourself back to noticing small details about what you are seeing. You are trying to ground back into the space, rather than connecting that space to now. There is plenty of time to analyze later.

7) Don't worry about being under a deep enough trance. Most of my clients feel "awake" most of the time, although they are clearly bringing through messages and information their conscious mind does not have access to. Sometimes clients' conscious mind and subconscious mind do a bit of a dance, letting the conscious mind back in intermittently. If you feel like you are coming back "up", just use that mantra, "relax and allow" or make a request for assistance in letting go of any resistance for this process to happen with ease. Only about 3% of the population is what is called "somnambulistic", meaning they go completely under, and can't remember what has happened during hypnosis. This means you are most likely to be semi-conscious for most of the session. It is about being a conduit to let the information flow through your vessel.
