Meet Mary

Divine Integration is the culmination of one woman's healing/ spiritual journey. Mary is a Certified Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Counselor and Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner. She has a firm belief in the power of our mind and spirit to work miraculous results for our physical bodies. Her transmission is full of love and compassion. She is working from the space of truly understanding the experience of being overweight and unwell, and the intricacies of moving forward into vibrant health and evolving spirituality.

     Drifting and Floating back to a different time...over a decade ago...Mary was overweight, overworked, extremely unhappy and misaligned. Thanks to a particularly rocky Saturn return era, Mary headed "up the mountain" to reflect on her life and all the problematic coping mechanisms that were wreaking havoc on her existence. One day, she got out of her vehicle and started to walk on the road at the top of the hill. Before long, she was hiking for miles every day, unfurling her tangled thoughts and processing the emotions behind them. She slowly started to shed the heaviness of the past 30 or so years, getting to finally fully know herself.

     As the mental and emotional burdens began to lift, so did some of the physical weight she had been carrying around, and she began to feel stronger in all capacities. Side-note: Mary had not been truly concerned about her health although she had been overweight and experiencing some physical discomforts. She had been making "healthier choices" for her family all along and had wondered why she was overweight. The truth was, mostly everyone in the family had health concerns. Like most mothers, she was severely misled in regard to what exactly a healthy food choice was (More on deceptive marketing to come).

     While researching vaccinations for her third child, Mary started to learn about the reality of toxicity, and how it is held in the body. Gradually, she began to shift the entire family over to organic and non-gmo food choices. She eventually made the switch to a whole food diet, reawakening her love of cooking. Happiness came easier to her as time went on and there was an excitement for life that was growing inside of her. The whole family saw drastic improvements in their health and collectively lost about 240lbs!

     The newly found desire to explore drew Mary up to the magical mountain town of Idyllwild, and there she found a growing connection to her spiritual side as well as a beautiful community of supportive souls to help her on this journey. Mary was finally finding her inner knowing and her desire for connection to others on a deeper level than ever before. Past Life regression and other spiritual work with her dear friend Trine was profoundly transformative at this time.

    A trip to Mount Shasta for a "Goddess Festival" led her through several synchronous events which turned into an eternal love and appreciation for astrology and a desire to know more about her natural abilities. Finally, so many things made sense and the puzzle of her life seemed to be easier to put together with a better understanding of her inner workings and current transits. She had a renewed hope that she would have a bit more clarity and support, being guided through her evolutionary journey by cooperating with the cosmos, instead of resisting.

     After this trip, Mary started QHHT training, aligning with her true desire and abilities. This led to level 2 QHHT training, several levels of Theta Healing training (which focuses on belief work) and an extensive certification in Functional Nutrition Counseling.

     Throughout this journey, Mary has seen the value of "cleaning out the vessel" in a journey through spiritual development and growth. She felt as though her mind slowly opened up through the process of getting healthier and the connection to her higher self was invaluable in this process. Combining her deep subconscious work with the more physical work of functional nutrition seemed a natural progression to helping others, as she had helped herself and her own family.

     Mary provides an empathetic ear and compassion to meet you right where you are in your health journey. She has a great capacity to understand the subtle and the unseen...leading to a more expansive approach to your plan for success. Using her training, as well as her intuition, she is well trusted in her community for her love and integrity.
