Theta Healing Session- Subconscious Counseling

2 hours- Online or in-person session where we take a good look at what is happening in your life, and how your core subconscious beliefs may be affecting your experience. We will then work together to pinpoint these beliefs and replace them with more helpful beliefs, removing blockages that were holding you back from truly healing your body and mind. In the theta brainwave state, we can release fears, anxieties, regrets, resentments and rejections to move into your highest and brightest version of self!
